we are coffee producers not coffee machine manufacturers, so this coffee machine that we sell, like all the other retailers company, we give it with the factory warranty and for every problem the customer must contact the factory and not our company, in fact we recommend this machine to help choose a good coffee machine to our coffee consumers but certainly customers who prefer to choose other brands of machines compatible with Nespresso capsules, Dolcegusto capsules or that use ground or coffee beans that we produce and sale, are welcome to do so.
