Mammamia Cremoso

It is a blend with a soft and velvety aroma obtained from the mixture
of sweet Arabica coffee beans grown and purchased mainly from
South America and Central America and from Robusta coffee beans
mainly from Asia, a balanced blend and ideal coffee for those who
love a creamier coffee obtained from the Medium roasting of coffee
beans thus obtaining a soft and velvety taste with aromatic fruit notes,
in this case the percentage of Robusta beans is slightly higher than
that of the Arabia beans because the Robusta bean has a more
intense and stronger flavor (contains more caffeine) therefore less
aromatic but has more body and allows to obtain a more creamy and
frothy espresso.
